PAPAYA ACTIVITY 〰️

PAPAYA designs and implements educational, social and community projects at local, national and international level.

Our projects focus on youth work, education, participation, community development and social innovation, and aim to create meaningful learning experiences that combine personal development, professional competences and social impact. We work with youth workers, educators, young people, organisations, schools, municipalities and community initiatives across Europe.

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES

  • Our Leadership courses focus on self-awareness, collaboration, communication and action, understanding leadership as the ability to work with others and contribute to positive change in organisations and communities.

  • Our Design Thinking For Impact course focuses on creativity, problem-solving and project design, teaching participants how to move from ideas to concrete projects while developing ideas and projects that are economically sustainable and socially meaningful using Design Thinking methodologies.

  • Our IDG programme focuses on personal development and inner competences such as self-awareness, critical thinking, empathy, collaboration and action, connecting personal growth with leadership and social impact.

  • Papaya also acts as a sending organisation, supporting participants who want to participate in international training courses abroad, especially within Erasmus+ mobility projects, helping them prepare, learn and reflect on their experience.

We are passionate about learning, teaching, reflecting and co-creating. At PAPAYA we work to develop skills of educators and youthworks and make their important work more impactful through non-formal education.

  • We support organisations, institutions and teams in designing educational programmes, training courses and learning experiences based on non-formal education, experiential learning, Inner Development Goals and Design Thinking methodologies, tailored to their objectives and target groups that they work with.

  • Papaya also facilitates workshops, meetings, learning processes, co-creation sessions and strategic discussions, creating participatory spaces that support collaboration, reflection, decision-making and project development for organisations, teams and community initiatives.

  • We support organisations and partnerships in project design, project management and strategic development, especially in projects related to education, youth work, community development, social innovation and international cooperation, including Erasmus+ and other collaborative projects.
